The fourth and final Learning The third Learning, Teaching, and Training Activity (LTTA) of the WAWW! project will focus on climate change and recycling practices. This five-day intensive program, hosted by L’ORMA in , Italy, will bring together youth workers and young people from six European countries to explore innovative approaches to waste management and circular economy principles.

The Italy LTTA will play a crucial role in developing practical approaches to recycling and waste management, contributing significantly to the project’s overall goal of enhancing eco-literacy among European youth. Through a combination of theoretical learning, practical experiences, and creative expression, participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to become advocates for sustainable waste management in their communities.This final LTTA will not only complete the educational journey of our participants but also provide practical tools and knowledge for creating lasting environmental impact in their communities.

Objectives

Develop understanding of renewable energy sources and their role in combating climate change

Raise awareness about sustainable agriculture and eco-gardening practices


Explore the connection between energy consumption, food production, and climate impact


Equip participants with practical skills for creating and maintaining eco-gardens


Draft the volume of the Eco-Literacy Guide focusing on climate, energy, and eco-gardens


Create a model eco-garden as a legacy of the training
